We do not require visitors to create an account, thereby ensuring an anonymous and secure browsing experience for all toddlers and preschoolers.

2. Information We Collect & Mobile Permissions

Our Platform does not require children to provide personal information to use learning features. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. For premium digital purchases, parents voluntarily provide a valid email address at checkout purely for product file delivery. All financial transactions are handled securely by third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay); we do not collect or store credit card, debit card, or bank account information. Mobile App Permissions: Our app does not request sensitive device permissions (Camera, Microphone, GPS Location, Contacts). We offer optional Push Notifications to alert parents of new worksheets. To strictly comply with COPPA, notification requests and anonymous device push tokens are secured entirely behind a Parental Gate. These tokens are used solely for functional parental alerts, never for third-party marketing, and can be disabled anytime in device settings.

3. Optional Parent Communication & Data Retention

If parents choose to contact us for feedback or support (support@kidsfunlearnhub.com), they may voluntarily provide an email address. This information is used only to respond to inquiries and is never sold or shared. Any emails or communication records are routinely deleted after the inquiry has been fully addressed to ensure minimal data retention.

4. Third-Party Links, Affiliates, & Parental Gates

Our platform may contain links to external resources, secure payment gateways (such as Razorpay), or participate in affiliate marketing programs (such as Flipkart and EarnKaro). To protect young users, any external or purchase links within our mobile application are strictly secured behind a Parental Gate. This ensures that children cannot navigate away from the app unsupervised. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites and encourage parents to review them.

5. Advertising

The KidsFunLearnHub platform (both website and mobile application) is currently 100% ad-free. We do not display third-party advertisements or use personalized behavioral tracking on our young users.

6. Cookies & Local Device Storage

On our website, we may use minimal cookies or anonymous analytics to improve website performance. Within our mobile application, we utilize local on-device storage to save the child's learning progress or preferences. This data remains strictly on your personal device, is never transmitted to our servers, and can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's cache in your device settings.

7. Data Deletion Policy

Because our platform does not require account creation, there is no personal user profile stored on our servers to delete. Locally stored app progress can be deleted by clearing the app data on your device. Emails collected securely by our payment processor during a premium checkout are retained by them strictly for receipt and invoice records. If a parent has emailed us for support or opted into functional notifications, they may request the deletion of that correspondence or anonymous push token by contacting support@kidsfunlearnhub.com.

8. Security & Governing Law

We take reasonable technical and administrative steps to protect all information and maintain a child-friendly, secure platform. Our privacy practices and website operations are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
